To make the society more just and equitable for all.

Mission

We 4 Change aims to work for the empowerment of women and stand against the victimization of women by means of attitude, words and deeds.

We 4 Change aims for a better society for every individual. Though women comprise 50% of population, they are considered vulnerable and are victimized.

We 4 Change aims to bring a change in society and help women to claim equal rights, dignity, freedom of expression, right to live an independent life of their own choice, and equal and safe access to public spaces, public transport and infrastructure.

We 4 Change contributes in building a just, unbiased society, free of eve-teasing, voyeurism, cyber crime,  physical, sexual, mental abuse and rape.

Dr. Rashmi Paraskar Sovani

Dr. Rashmi Paraskar Sovani

A Professor in C. P. & Berar College, Nagpur is an activist working on tribal and women's issues. She loves to travel and passionate about dance. Rashmi regularly writes on social issues for noted Marathi dailies and has been invited on talk shows by news channels.
D. Yogita

D. Yogita

D. Yogita turned into a home maker after working as a blood bank supervisor in Ayush Blood Bank, Nagpur and as a chemist in Indrajeet Chemicals, Butibori. She now is passionately involved in women empowerment. A sports lover and a badminton player, Yogita loves to travel.
Dr. Chitra Gupta Toor

DR. CHITRA GUPTA TOOR

Dr. Chitra Gupta Toor is a Gandhian by values and philanthropist at heart. Being the daughter of a well-known freedom fighter and ex cabinet minister Late Dindayal Gupta, Dr. Chitra proved that like a son a can enhance the legacy and has been motivating other women in stepping up to realise equality. Being a member of many charitable trusts and a doctor by profession Dr. Chitra serves for the benefit of others.
Sujata Lokhande

Sujata Lokhande

Sujata Lokhande is the recipient of National Florence Nightingale Award (the highest award conferred by government of India as a mark of recognition for meritorious services rendered by nurses to the society) by the hands of honourable President Pratibha tai Patil. Sujatha has many books to her credit, both fiction and nonfiction. She is actively involved in women's issues.

Prof. Deepali Meshram

Prof. Deepali Meshram is the Head of the Department of Political Science in L.A.D. and S.R.P. College for Women, Nagpur. Having her Ph.D. thesis on dalit women atrocities and Maharashtra State Women's Commission, Deepali has many research papers to her credit. Deepali worked as a committee member of fact findings conducted by We 4 Change.

Rashmi Padwad Madankar

Rashmi Padwad Madankar works in Nagpur Metro as a communication expert in the Department of Public Relations. Having 15 years of experience in the field of journalism Rashmi is the president of women's wing of Maharashtra Journalists' Association. Besides being involved with various N.G.O.s, Rashmi established a network of thousands of women for Tanishka, women's wing of famous daily The Sakal. Rashmi authored many books on social issues and is a poet as well.

Dr. Vrushali Ujede

Dr. Vrushali Ujede is an assistant professor at swasthavritta Government Ayurved College Nagpur and the coordinator of NSS unit of a college Vrushali works on social issues with her students.

Alka Wekhande

Alka Wekhande, is a retired Headmistress, Jaitala Prathamik Shala,NMC, Nagpur. Her contribution as Coordinator in Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan is worth-noting. Alka successfully implemented various activities for out-of-school children under Platform Setu School, Setu School for children in Red Light Area, Setu School for children of Toli, Setu School for children in Madrasa Maktab, School under Savitribai Phule Hami Yojana. She also successfully wrote and directed concepts for various cultural events.

Snehal Wankhede

Snehal Wankhede, a gypsy by heart is a daredevil who travelled across India on her Moped Vego. She works on women's empowerment and environmental issues. A marketing manager at the Bank of India she is a well known speaker and writer. Snehal is the organizer of events like Me for Savitri organized by We 4 Change.

Indrajeet Rokade

Indrajeet completed his M.A. in English and working in a private firm. He is actively working with organisations like Bhumkal Sangathan and We 4 Change since last 5 years.
Shubham Wasnik

Shubham Wasnik

Shubham Wasnik completed his B.A. with English literature and presently working in a private firm. He has actively participated in various projects by Bhumkal Sangathan and worked in remote, highly sensitive tribal areas in Gadchiroli and Chhattisgarh.

Adv. Anjan Dey
ADV. ANJAN DEY

Anjan Dey is a name to reckon with in the field of law in Vidarbha region. He is a researcher, an arbitrator, a great communicator and has helped many NGOs on various issues. The issue of human rights is close to his heart and he has filed many suits on human rights issues. He organised many seminars on this theme in the past.

Renuka Kad
RENUKA KAD

Renuka is a social activist with a passion for helping thousands of underrepresented voices. Renuka is a highly confident, competent, multi lingual professional who has already made a mark as an author of several books and reports giving light to the plight of underprivileged women and children. Renuka started her journey with Aapulki Samaj Seva Sanstha in Aurangabad, handling full responsibility of running the Childline project. She also worked for special cell of Maharashtra Police for women and children. Renuka organised women farmers’ movement for their rightful share in natural resources. She deftly researched and working on human rights of single women and transgender. Presently she is working with Vikas Adhyayan Kendra, Mumbai as Program Coordinator.

DR. SWATI DHARMADHIKARI

Dr. Swati Dharmadhikari is the principal of Tirpude College Social Work, Nagpur. Dr. Swati is a psychologist social worker and teacher - a very rare combination to find. She authored many books. Dr. Swati was a counsellor in Bharosa Cell, Nagpur. An activist and academician Dr. Swati promotes justice by ensuring that the vulnerable are supported in act of solidarity.
